GENERAL:

How do I view my reservation?
On our book now page, the top left corner there is a link to access your reservation. Enter your confirmation number and the record will appear.

What is the check in/out time?
Guaranteed check in is 3pm, Checkout is 12pm

Is there a service/resort fee?
Yes; our service fee is $29 plus tax per day.

Is the Wifi complimentary?
Wi-Fi is included in our service fee for all guests anywhere in the building

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the hotel is wheelchair accessible.

HOTEL SERVICES:

Is the hotel pet-friendly?
Yes; with a $200 plus tax fee that is not refundable and a $50 per day incidental hold.

Do you offer laundry/dry cleaning service?
We do offer laundry/dry cleaning service. To arrange simply, drop your garments off at the Front desk before 9 AM for same day service for laundry and next day service for dry cleaning.

Do you offer complimentary breakfast?
Yes, continental breakfast served in the lobby from 7AM to 9AM

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours of operation?
We do not have a fitness center.

Do you have a pool? What are the hours of operation?
We do not have a pool.

Do you have a spa? What are the hours of operation?
We do not have a spa.

Do you have a business center? What services and amenities can I find in it?
We do not have a business center.

Do you have meeting rooms?
We do not have meeting rooms; however, we do have recommended meeting space locations.

Can I send a package to the hotel?
Yes, as long as the name on the package matches with the name on the reservation we will accept it and hold it. Limit of 5 Packages prior to arrival.

Can I store my bag?
Yes; on the same day of arrival or check out your luggage may be stored.

I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
You may reach out to the Hotel’s front desk and they will assist with any requests.

Is there a charge for Local Calls?
Local calls are free of charge. When dialing 800 numbers there is a $1 connection charge.

TRANSPORTATION:

Do you offer shuttle service from the airport? What is the cost?
A shuttle van service/private car can be arranged in advance via the front desk. Fees are included below.
To LaGuardia Airport (LGA)

  • $18.07 USD per person for a Super Shuttle
  • $55.00 cash, $62 credit card for a private car (sedan)

To JFK Airport (JFK)

  • $21.33 USD per person for a Super Shuttle
  • $75.00 cash, $84 credit card for a private car (sedan)

To Newark Airport (EWR)

  • $22.00 USD per person for a Super Shuttle
  • $99.00 cash, $111 credit card for a private car (sedan)

Do you have onsite parking? What is the cost?
We do not have onsite parking. We work with a parking lot called ipark. The address is 330 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10010. It is 1 block away from the hotel. The costs for guests is $45 for Sedan vehicles and $55 for SUV’s.

Do you offer valet parking?
We do not offer valet parking.

How do I get to the hotel?
The most direct way to get to the hotel from any airport would be to take a taxi or a private car.

How can I book a group stay?

Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, we do have connecting rooms. They are based on availability and prior requests.

Do you offer ADA rooms?
Yes, we have ADA accessible rooms available.

Do you have an early departure fee?
Yes, you will be charged your total amount if your reservation has not been amended prior to check in

Is there a minimum age for check-in?
The minimum age required to check in is 18, with a valid credit card and government issued ID

Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Yes, ID is required at check-in.

How do I adjust my reservation?
You may contact us with inquiries regarding your reservation. However, we may not be able to adjust reservations made through other parties. For this reason, we recommend all reservations be made by booking directly on our website.

How can I make mention my room preference on my reservation?
When making your reservation, there is a section for requests before finalizing your reservation. You may also call the hotel to add any preferences to your reservation.

Will your rooms allow rollaway beds and/or cribs? Is there an extra charge?
We do not provide rollaway beds. Cribs are free of charge and based on availability.

How do I book a group or a meeting?

POLICIES:

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
No; The Lex Hotel is a smoke-free facility.

Are pets allowed? Are there any restrictions?
Yes; we allow dogs up to 30lbs are allowed.

What is the cancellation/deposit policy?
72 hours prior to the day of arrival

PAYMENT:

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club card and cash.

Do you require any payments up front?
Your card will be charged for the total of your first night’s stay for any reservations that are 7 nights or more.

Can I pay my balance in cash?
You may pay your balance in cash. However, a credit card will still be required for an incidental hold.

I have questions about my bill. Who do I contact?
You may contact the hotel at 646-312-0000 and asked to be connected with accounting.

What do I need to know about your credit card procedures?
Upon arrival we require a credit card with the guests matching ID and we will take a hold for the total stay.

Do I need a credit card to check-in?
Yes, we require a credit card to take an incidental hold of $150 per stay.
